Sorry it has been a few days guys but guess what?!
We finally got our electric redone. Yah! Our house was built in 1969 so it only had a 100 amp service. We now have 200 amp. And it is all new. The box and breakers have all been replaced. Our dryer plug was replaced as it burned up and the 220 box was replaced as that burned up too. (I know...we are lucky the whole house didn't burn up) God is good!
They just finished today and the electric company is coming to inspect tomorrow.
Now we just have to get the old gas furnace and central air unit replaced with a heat and air pump.
Thanks to papaw for the loan to get these things done. It was getting pretty dangerous.
I can't believe I am so happy over an electric box......I must really be an adult now. :-)
