Monday Recipe - easy broccoli casserole

Frozen broccoli
cheese slices
cream of mushroom soup
cream of chicken soup
ritz crackers
butter
onion

Boil broccoli on the stove until almost tender. Drain and put in a mixing bowl. Mix one can of cream of mushroom and one can of cream of chicken soup. Put mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350. Melt one stick of butter in a saucepan on stove top. Crush and add one sleeve of Ritz crackers. Stir constantly over medium heat until Ritz crackers are browned. Take cheese slices and layer over top of broccoli mixture until all is covered. Add cracker mixture and bake in oven until cheese is bubbly. Great broccoli casserole and so easy.
